  1. great, I do not know a better program to train my chess skills. I love it. Danke

  2. Hi, first of all sorry for my english :). I tried your program from version 6.1 and must say it's very well done! In version 6.2, for some strange reason, i can't start a new game when the first is ended. I click new game, beginner and simply it does nothing.

Another question: there is a way to make the tutor think before i made my move instead of after?

    Thank you for your work!

  3. Hi Francesco, can you send me the file = bug.log (to lukasmonk at in the program folder, I can´t replicate the problem.

And in relation to another question, there is a bug, it must think before, I will solve this and i will upload a new release.

  4. Hello Lucas!

It could sound strange but I am interested if it is possible to fix the bug "ConfigMotor instance has no attribute 'url'" manually without downloading full installer of version 6.2a?

Anyway many thanks for great and useful software!

    1. Download this file, and execute it in the program folder.
It has two files lucas.exe and
You must replace the files with the same name.

  5. Just noticed now I can't create new profiles when start Lucas Chess. I can only choose one of two I have created before. I believe were was extra menu item like 'Add new user...'

  6. When you select main user, click on Options, Other options, Users.

Setting analysis parameters

The parameters are as follows: limit_score Default value: 2000 Minimum value: 1000 Maximum value: 4000 Data type: integer Determines the score in centipawns from which the position is considered to be totally won, that the probability of winning is 100%. curve_degree Default value: 50 Minimum value: 1 Maximum value: 100 Data type: decimal percentage Expresses the correlation between the score in centipawns and the probability of winning/losing. It associates -limit_score with 0 and +limit_score with 100.
